Homelessness, Addictions, Offending: What's faith got to do with it?

Spirituality group at WLDCWest London Mission are seeking to appoint a Social Work Chaplain

22 hours a week, based in central London, salary starting at £16,800 p.a.

For 125 years the West London Mission has been working to transform the lives of people affected by homelessness, addictions and offending.   Today we run five professional Social Work services which provide emergency support and accommodation to marginalised people.

We are seeking to appoint a sensitive and skilled Chaplain who can work within a professional social work context.  The successful applicant will be a confident and mature Christian who has the ability to work alongside a wide range of people and offer spiritual support and guidance.


Closing date is Friday 31st August 2012
Interviews will be held on 10th September 2012

The Chaplain's role will be working within the framework of The Charter for Christian Homelessness Agencies to which WLM is a signatory
