Haven House is a purpose built, modern, comfortable care home set in a quiet residential area of Islington in north London. It has been specialising in working with men with chronic addictions since 1998
Our friendly, highly skilled team provides residential care for men who have complex support needs alongside their alcohol addiction. Residents may have a cognitive impairment, be dually diagnosed as suffering from Korsakoff’s Syndrome, Werneke’s Psychosis or other mental health problem.
We make sure that all residents continue to enjoy a dignified, independent life in relaxed, comfortable and homely surroundings. We spend lots of time finding out about everyone’s life experiences, interests and hobbies, so that we can provide truly personalised care.
Our great location makes it easy for us arrange lots of interesting activities and outings for residents to take part in. The home also has excellent transport links, with buses passing nearby and Finsbury Park tube and rail stations are only a short distance away.
